No-show Policy: I understand things happen, but please remember to let me know as soon as possible that you won't be able to make it. In the event of a "no-call no-show" for an appointment any future bookings will require a 50% booking fee that must be paid in order to secure the future appointment. Late Arrival Policy: If you are running late please let me know as soon as possible by calling the salon at 316-942-8900. If you arrive 10 minutes late there is a risk of a potential reschedule or loss of service (example: trim, style, or blow-dry). If you arrive more than 10 minutes late the appointment will be rescheduled. I try my absolute best to remain on schedule, unfortunately, there are times that I will run behind. If this happens to your appointment, depending on the delay, I have gift cards for your next coffee, tea or a potential future service discount. Cancellation Policy: I prefer to have at least 48 hours notice before cancellation of an appointment. In the event that a cancellation happens within 24 hours or less of a scheduled appointment 25% of the service total will be charged to the card on file. If the charge is not able to be completed, any future bookings will require 75% of the desired service to be paid upfront in order to secure the appointment. Any booking fees paid are non-refundable in the event of a 24 hour or less cancellation or no-show.
